Job summary

Fourth Floor is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple areas of the business, with a focus on fashion, apparel, and retail roles in Miami.

You will independently source, screen, interview, and extend offers while partnering with hiring leaders to align candidate profiles with market needs; experience recruiting designers and creative talent is required, and on-site presence in Miami is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Fashion, apparel, or retail industry recruiting experience required.
• Direct experience recruiting designers or other creative talent required.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates.
• Strong experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for active and passive talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and guide searches.
• Recruit designers and other creative talent within fashion.
• Maintain candidate pipelines via direct outreach and LinkedIn.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout hiring.
• Keep ATS and pipeline data accurate.
• Independently manage multiple open searches.
