Job summary

KDC is a network of custom formulators and manufacturers in Manitowoc, WI, seeking a Recruiter to handle hourly, non-exempt, and salaried exempt personnel. The role reports to the HR Director and focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding, while supporting administration and HR initiatives.

Location is Manitowoc, WI, with responsibilities across recruiting, applicant evaluation, and offer coordination, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or HR or equivalent experience.
• At least one year experience recruiting hourly personnel.
• Experience with automated time clock systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams; familiarity with Skype.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and job applications; conduct interviews.
• Complete reference and background checks.
• Provide recruiting reports and maintain candidate records.
• Assist onboarding and orientations for new hires.
• Support internal HR processes and special projects as needed.
