Job summary

The Manitowoc Company, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to execute full-cycle recruitment across North American sites.

You will partner with leaders and HR to source, screen, interview, and extend offers for exempt and non-exempt positions, building a strong talent pipeline to support growth. You will manage the recruitment process, coordinate interviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate ATS records.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in HR or related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle sourcing.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned requisitions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and hiring teams.
• Partner with managers to define role requirements and interview criteria.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networks.
• Maintain pipeline and ensure compliance and timely updates in ATS.
