Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in HRM or related field
• 3+ years in talent acquisition and full-cycle sourcing/recruiting
• Strong knowledge of ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and social networks

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for requisitions: postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams to ensure a smooth process.
• Advise on role requirements, job descriptions, interview processes and selection criteria with managers/HRBPs.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, networking and referrals to build a strong pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws; maintain timely feedback and accurate ATS data.
