Job summary

FirstDay Foundation in San Antonio, TX is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle in a high-volume environment. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, craft descriptions, source candidates, screen for technical and cultural fit, and provide timely updates throughout the process.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of relevant experience, plus strong communication, organization, and data-driven decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HRM, Business, Communications or Social Sciences.
• Four or more years’ experience with full lifecycle talent acquisition in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience using ATS systems to access and update candidate records.
• Ability to travel as needed for employer job fairs or strategy meetings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and role success.
• Identify recruiting strategies to support growing business.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to offer.
• Collaborate on accurate, appealing job descriptions and role expectations.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networks and events.
• Screen applicants, evaluate skills, culture fit and qualifications.
• Provide written assessments of applicants’ knowledge and aptitudes.
• Maintain data integrity in recruitment systems and drive structured interviews.
