HireHi ищет опытного специалиста по техническому рекрутингу. Ваша задача — вести полную цепочку найма, сотрудничать с техническими и бизнес-руководителями, администрировать вакансии и развивать процессы подбора.

Будете работать с Lever ATS, проводить интервью и обеспечивать качественную обратную связь кандидатам по всем стадиям отбора. Требуется минимум 5 лет опыта и знание IT-рынка, умение анализировать данные и достигать целей в многонациональной среде.

Qualifications

• Опыт технического рекрутинга не менее 5 лет.
• Владение полноцикровым процессом подбора персонала и методами интервью.
• Знание инструментов рекрутинга, баз данных и технологий.
• Умение работать с бизнес- и техническими специалистами для улучшения процесса отбора.
• Знание IT-сектора, стейкхолдеров и жизненного цикла разработки ПО.
• Навыки поведенческого интервью и оценки компетенций.

Responsibilities

• Проведение мировых исследований рынка, анализ и включение в отчеты по найму.
• Сбор и документирование потребностей в найме, планирование поиска и процессов интервью.
• Сотрудничество с руководителями и стейкхолдерами на всем процессе найма.
• Администрирование вакансий, размещение ролей и обработка рекомендаций.
• Поиск кандидатов через сети и каналы; создание критериев фидбэка.
• Проведение предскринингов и интервью, оценка навыков и компетенций.
• Обеспечение обратной связи кандидатам на протяжении недели.
• Организация интервью для кандидатов и участников команды.
• Ведение Lever ATS и своевременное логирование данных рекрутеров.
• Подготовка кандидатов к onboard-ing и развитие процессов найма.

Coinspaid Solutions builds blockchain payment infrastructure for the global economy. Its payment systems connect digital assets with real-world financial operations, helping businesses and financial institutions operate in the digital asset landscape. The company has developed crypto payment products for over 11 years and has more than 350 professionals working remotely across multiple countries.

Задачи:

• Conduct worldwide market research, analyze results, and include them in talent acquisition reports
• Gather and document hiring needs from stakeholders, recommend interview processes based on those needs, and plan search strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, providing guidance and education
• Administer job postings, advertise roles across channels, and process referrals
• Identify matching candidates and contact them through professional networks and other channels
• Create feedback criteria for each hiring stage, including pre-screening, Cultural Fit, and technical interviews
• Conduct candidate pre-screens and interviews, assess skills, and identify competencies for each position or team
• Provide candidates and applicants with guidance, updates, and regular feedback within one week
• Organize interviews for candidates and hiring team members
• Administer the Lever ATS and ensure timely logging and updates for hiring team members
• Facilitate candidate onboarding preparations
• Own and improve the recruiting process to meet the team’s current needs
• Analyze productivity using recruiting metrics and OKRs, and prepare reports
• Train hiring managers and interviewers in best interview practices and approaches; build, maintain, and scale cross-department interview practices
• Contribute to external brand development as a company ambassador across professional platforms and channels
• Organize reference checks
• Manage the talent pool and snoozed candidates

Требования:

• At least 5 years of technical recruiting experience
• Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment tools, databases, and technology
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and experience maintaining and scaling the process
• Ability to partner with business and technology experts to improve interview processes and candidate experience
• Knowledge of the IT sector, including business models, professional functions and titles, programming languages, technologies, frameworks, libraries, and the basic software development lifecycle
• Proficiency in behavioral interviews, open-ended questions, and competency-based assessment
• Knowledge of common recruiting metrics and practical experience applying them
• Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset
• Clear, respectful communication skills and ability to handle escalations and negative feedback
• Ability to switch between tasks, set priorities, and manage diverse information sources
• Analytical skills, information-search skills, and critical thinking
• Fluent Russian English B2+
