Кандидат будет работать с командой инженеров и тесно сотрудничать с отделами казначейства, финансов и операций, чтобы улучшать качество исполнения, ликвидность и прибыльность. В идеале — опыт работы в крипто-обменах и институциональном торговом окружении.

Qualifications

• 3–5 лет опытаProduct Management в B2B/B2B2C/финтех или сложных платформах.
• Опыт вывода сложных фич от идеи до продакшн и дальнейшего улучшения.
• Умение превращать бизнес-проблемы в понятную логику и требования.
• Опыт работы с командами разработки и API-ориентированными продуктами.
• Сильные навыки управления бэклогом и планирования поставок.
• Умение работать с данными и метриками продукта.
• Понимание финансовой экономики продукта (выручка, планы, маржинальность).
• Знание английского не ниже B2; плюс: опыт крипто-бирж и институциональных торгов.

Responsibilities

• Владение и управление бэклогом продукта, перевод приоритетов в задачи и требования.
• Планирование поставок вместе с Lead PM и Engineering Manager, контроль объёмов и зависимостей.
• Определение требований и бизнес-логики для функций обмена, исполнения, ликвидности и ценообразования.
• Руководство развитием фич от требований до продакшна, координация команд.
• Поддержка торговли и торговли на платформах, включая исполнение ордеров и маршрутизацию.
• Поддержка внутренних инструментов трейдинга и управление рисками.
• Работа над ценообразованием и доходами: комиссии, маржинальность.
• Интеграции с провайдерами ликвидности и площадками.
• Мониторинг метрик продукта и совместная работа с аналитиком данных.

Coinspaid is a fintech company building blockchain payment infrastructure for the global economy. It develops payment systems that connect digital assets with real-world financial operations, helping businesses and financial institutions operate in the digital asset landscape.

Задачи

• Own and manage the product backlog, translating priorities into structured initiatives, requirements, and deliverables
• Plan product delivery with the Lead Product Manager and Engineering Manager, managing scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery risks
• Define requirements and business logic for exchange, execution, liquidity, and pricing features, subject to stakeholder approval
• Drive features from requirements to production, coordinating Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders
• Support exchange and trading capabilities, including order execution, smart order routing, liquidity-provider integrations, RFQ/Market/Limit order models, and execution optimization
• Support internal trading tools, including Internal Matching, Inventory Management, hedging logic, and risk controls
• Work on pricing and revenue functionality, including markup policies, commissions, execution costs, and pricing configuration
• Participate in liquidity-provider integrations with technology providers and institutional venues
• Monitor product and trading metrics and work with the Product Data Analyst to identify improvements to execution quality, liquidity, and profitability
• Manage stakeholder expectations, issues, and timelines across Treasury, Finance, Processing, Operations, Compliance, and other product teams
• Investigate product issues, identify improvements, and ensure product logic remains transparent and measurable
• Take features from problem definition through launch and post-launch optimization, using metrics and analytics to guide improvements

Требования

• 3–5 Years of Product Management experience, preferably with B2B, B2B2C, fintech, or technically complex platform products
• Experience delivering complex features from problem definition and requirements through production launch and further improvement
• Ability to translate business problems into clear business logic, product requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Experience working with engineering teams and understanding API- and data-driven products and integrations
• Strong backlog management, prioritization, and delivery-management skills
• Ability to work with data and product metrics to evaluate performance and make decisions
• Understanding of financial product economics, including revenue, fees, costs, margins, and P/L
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly with complex workflows and edge cases
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing cross-team dependencies
• Ability to work effectively in a highly technical, complex, and operationally sensitive product environment
• English B2 or higher
