Coinspaid ищет опытного Product Manager для ведения видения и дорожной карты Processing. Вы будете управлять платежными продуктами от идеи до реализации, работать с инженерией, дизайном и операциями, чтобы повысить конверсию и надёжность.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Курсировать инициативы между доменами и командами, идентифицировать зависимости и строить планы выполнения.

Coinspaid is a fintech company building blockchain payment infrastructure for the global economy. It develops payment systems that connect digital assets with real-world financial operations, helping businesses and financial institutions operate in the digital asset landscape.

• Define and evolve the Processing product vision and roadmap, translating company goals, customer needs, market developments, and operational constraints into product priorities with a 12–24 month planning horizon


• Own payment products and capabilities end-to-end, and improve conversion, reliability, cost, and scalability


• Lead complex initiatives across product domains and teams, identify dependencies, build execution plans, align stakeholders, and drive delivery


• Structure ambiguous problems, validate hypotheses using data, customer feedback, and operational insights, and define target solutions and business logic with Engineering, Design, Operations, and other stakeholders


• Prioritize the domain roadmap, balancing customer value, revenue opportunities, operational efficiency, technical investments, compliance requirements, and delivery capacity


• Work with Operations, Finance, Compliance, Support, and commercial teams; identify operational processes to automate, redesign, or eliminate through product changes


• Define domain‑level success metrics, monitor payment performance and product outcomes, and use data to identify bottlenecks, validate improvements, and guide prioritization


• Communicate strategy, priorities, trade‑offs, and progress to Product leadership, executives, and cross‑functional stakeholders, and represent the domain in company‑level discussions


• Raise product practice quality in the domain and mentor Product Managers


• Define the domain’s direction, translate it into initiatives, and step into execution when complex problems require hands‑on leadership

• At least 5 years of hands‑on Product Management experience


• Experience owning a complex product area or domain, not only individual features


• Practical payments experience and a strong understanding of payment flows and their operational implications


• Understanding of the payments landscape and payment methods, including their effects on customer experience, economics, and operations


• Practical understanding of B2B operations and how products interact with Operations, Finance, Support, Compliance, and commercial processes


• Ability to personally drive complex cross‑team or cross‑domain initiatives from problem definition through implementation


• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, break them into manageable initiatives, and establish clear priorities


• Experience building and managing roadmaps with a 12–24 month planning horizon


• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with product and operational metrics


• Ability to communicate complex concepts simply and clearly to technical teams and senior stakeholders


• Strong ownership mentality, sound decision‑making, and ability to resolve dependencies and move initiatives forward without constant escalation


• Experience mentoring Product Managers or contributing to product practices beyond the immediate team
