Continental Tire the Americas, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Clinton, MS to attract, screen, and onboard top talent. You will manage a high-volume requisition load, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience across technical and professional roles.

Responsibilities include sourcing via multiple channels, conducting screens, negotiating offers, and coordinating onboarding while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with high-volume requisitions and fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and HR tech.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit for technical, professional, and other designated positions.
• Manage a high-volume requisition load with quality-of-hire goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to align postings with needs.
• Source candidates through databases, social media, job boards, colleges.
• Review resumes and conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Evaluate candidates for knowledge, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain candidate relationships and employer brand.
