Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to lead full-cycle recruiting and partner with managers to build a diverse, capable team that aligns with our culture and long-term goals.

The role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent, delivering an exceptional candidate journey, and supporting onboarding and licensing processes within a dynamic casino environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in recruiting.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Flexible work schedule; extended hours may be required.
• Must obtain and maintain Maryland Lottery license.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and selection for designated positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate skills and experience.
• Source talent via campus events, job boards, social networks, and agencies as needed.
• Provide weekly staffing progress summaries to stakeholders.
• Attend job fairs and community events for recruiting purposes.
• Promote Live! brand and culture to candidates and team members.
• Assist with onboarding, licensing, and team member relations programs.
