Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to help build exceptional teams aligned with our culture, values and long-term goals.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for designated positions, partner with hiring managers, source through campus events, job boards, social networks and agencies, and provide weekly staffing updates. The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and a commitment to confidentiality within the HR team; it offers comprehensive benefits

Formación

• At least 2 years in recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required Maryland license.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for designated positions and departments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify skills and experience needed.
• Source talent through campus events, career fairs, job boards, social networks, and staffing agencies.
• Provide weekly summaries of staffing progress to executives.
• Attend job fairs and community events for recruiting.
• Promote Live! brand and culture to build candidate interest.
• Answer questions from team about onboarding, benefits, policies, and processes.
• Maintain confidentiality as a member of HR.
