Job summary
Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver the right talent at the right time. You will champion branding and coordinate recruitment activities across departments, building pipelines and managing candidate flow through screening and interviews.
In this role you will collaborate with leadership, maintain candidate databases, and support workforce planning while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years Human Resource or clerical experience required.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
- Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority.
Responsibilities
- Team player on the Talent Acquisition team.
- Develop a pipeline of ready talent with internal partners.
- Foster relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Maintain a resume database matching job profiles.
- Manage candidate flow, screening, interviews, and decisions.
- Conduct initial screens and present qualified candidates for open positions.
- Record and track filling of open positions and reduce time to fill.
- Support workforce planning efforts with managers.
