Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking an HR Business Partner to streamline HR processes, collaborate across departments, and enhance employee relations. The HRBP will be a one-stop-shop for HR matters, helping to align programs with our culture and develop internal leaders for succession.

Key duties include strategic partnering, coordinating HR initiatives, resolving employee relations issues, and supporting management through changes in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

5–7 years HR generalist experience including staffing, benefits, ER and training.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; professional HR certification preferred.
Ability to secure/maintain regulatory licensure if required.

Responsibilities

Strategic partner: adjust HR strategies, identify talent issues, and develop leaders.
Operations: align HR programs with culture, manage HR initiatives, monitor trends.
Team Member Mediator: coach management on discipline and employee relations.
Emergency Responder: respond quickly to complaints and manager inquiries.
