Hybrid 1 day per week in office preferred May be open to remote setting for select locations Preferred candidate location in central, mountain, or pacific time zones
Oversees staffing activities within a designated region and partners with Operational management to implement timely, cost-effective initiatives aligned with regional and corporate objectives.
Knowledge of employment laws and practices Working knowledge of e-recruiting concepts and systems Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills PC literate, including Microsoft Office products Strong organizational skills Excellent negotiation skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Ability to work in a team environment Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
