Job summary

tms is a global agency seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for Creative roles in Chicago. Reporting to the Global Director of Talent Acquisition, you will own full-cycle recruiting across creative disciplines and partner with business leaders to align hiring with brand goals.

This hybrid, on-site two days a week role emphasizes data-driven recruiting, campus programs, DEI, and external partnerships to attract diverse talent while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of expertise in Marketing Agency Recruitment.
• Experience delivering high-volume recruitment in digital/creative industries.
• Ability to use recruitment metrics and dashboards to drive decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with campus/internship hiring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative roles across the organization.
• Partner with leaders to develop strategic TA plans and recruitment strategies.
• Lead campus and internship hiring programs.
• Build talent pipelines and external partnerships.
• Provide coaching on interviewing and inclusive hiring.
