Qualifications

• College preferred.
• 2+ years' recruiting or business development experience.
• Strong interviewing skills and staffing industry knowledge.
• Multilingual ability is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with multiple software applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a consistently high volume of recruiting activities.
• Manage candidate generation and job orders through Masis Staffing Solution CRM.
• Keep records of terminations on CRM and cooperate with unemployment investigations.
• Maintain accuracy and detail in screening, interviewing, training, onboarding and termination.
• Maintain a high fill rate and develop creative recruiting strategies.
• Communicate with Branch Manager and Business Development Manager on job orders.
• Create recruiting and interviewing plans with hiring managers.
• Build a talent pipeline by networking with qualified candidates.
• Meet or exceed performance and safety goals set by leadership.
• Improve data entry efficiency and payroll-related controls.
• Send collected payroll data to the payroll department by deadlines.
• Perform other duties as requested.
