Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing, preferably in high-volume or fast-paced hiring environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to translate talent needs into effective sourcing strategies.
• Lead talent attraction through creative sourcing, employer branding, and marketing initiatives.
• Drive candidate engagement with a high-touch experience.
• Manage and maintain accurate candidate data in real time in internal staffing systems.
• Own and drive the Employee Referral Program and vendor management.
• Partner on external branding, events, and marketing campaigns to strengthen the talent pipeline.
• Respond quickly to shifting hiring needs and volume spikes.
• Align with leadership and departmental goals and adjust priorities as needed.
• Collaborate within the TA team and share knowledge.
