Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience coordinating hiring events, job fairs, or community outreach preferred.
• Experience facilitating training or presenting to groups preferred.
• HR certification preferred, not required.
• Proficiency with ATS required.
• Proficiency with job boards/sourcing platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter) required.

Responsibilities

• Owns full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions from intake through accepted offer, maintaining urgency and candidate experience.
• Partners with hiring managers to define role requirements, profiles, interview processes, and timelines; shares market insights.
• Sources and recruits candidates through active and passive methods using tools like Indeed and LinkedIn; manages high-volume loads across roles/locations.
• Plans and coordinates hiring events, job fairs, and community recruitment initiatives.
• Supports new hire orientation and recruiting-related training for hiring managers and new employees.
• Drafts and extends offer letters; assists with negotiations and timelines.
• Advises on recruiting best practices, HR compliance, and company policy.
• Partners with recruiting agencies as approved; provides regular recruiting metrics to stakeholders.
• Maintains strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and stakeholders.
