Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC, a leading foundation repair and water management specialist in North America, is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support a fast-paced, multi-site organization. You will collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliant practices and drive employee relations across states.

The role sits onsite at our Virginia Beach, VA or Irving, TX offices with occasional travel, and may include one remote day per week. Competitive benefits and ownership opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 1+ years HR experience in a specialist capacity.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with Workday HRIS and reporting a plus.
• HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support across a multi-site, multi-state org.
• Deliver Employee Relations guidance and investigations.
• Process HR transactions in Workday and maintain documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and insights to drive objectives.
• Develop SOPs and support manager coaching on performance.
