Responsibilities

• Own full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer.
• Study job descriptions to determine candidate requirements.
• Assist managers in selecting best candidates.
• Post ads on job boards and groups to attract applicants.
• Interview candidates by phone and in person; verify references.
• Coordinate management interviews and scheduling.
• Administer and maintain ATS data for open roles.
• Meet or exceed individual hiring goals.
• Participate in job fairs and recruiting events.
• Provide feedback during sales interview processes.
