Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Recruiter II in Hazelwood, MO, a hybrid role within our Talent Acquisition team. You will drive sourcing strategies, engage candidates, and support end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions to meet staffing goals.

The ideal candidate has practical full lifecycle recruiting experience, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, and the ability to analyze recruiting metrics while partnering with hiring managers to ensure inclusive, compliant talent selection.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience required; 5 years preferred.
• Strong full life cycle recruiting experience from sourcing to closing.
• Proficiency with candidate sourcing tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Leverage multiple recruiting techniques to identify and attract top talent.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines and talent communities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and interview processes.
• Engage with external staffing partners to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Maintain a diverse and inclusive recruiting process across all stages.
