Aston Carter is seeking a sourcer to manage full-cycle recruitment for salaried roles from intake to offer. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates through multiple channels, and guide interviews to ensure top talent is presented to teams.

• Full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer stage.
• Experience recruiting for professional or salaried positions.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for salaried positions across multiple business units
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
• Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
• Conduct candidate screenings and present qualified talent to hiring teams
• Coordinate and participate in interview processes while providing guidance on candidate selection
• Partner with HR stakeholders throughout the offer and onboarding process
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Post and manage job openings through internal and external recruiting platforms
• Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition data within the applicant tracking system
• Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring updates to business leaders
• Support recruiting efforts across functions including operations, engineering, finance, sales, marketing, and manufacturing leadership
• Assist with employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, and talent attraction strategies

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
