Job summary

Aston Carter in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life cycle recruiting across operations. You’ll partner with plant leadership and HR to attract, hire, and onboard top talent while driving engagement and retention strategies.

You will coach hiring teams, manage recruitment dashboards, ensure compliance with EEOC and government reporting, and leverage UKG ATS and CRM tools to optimize talent pipelines for the Cedar Rapids campus.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition across full life cycle.
• Proficiency with ATS, with a strong preference for UKG.
• Ability to use CRM, Boolean search, LinkedIn and Indeed to attract candidates.
• Foundational knowledge of human resources practices and compliance.
• Strong customer service mindset and effective stakeholder partnership.
• Ability to interpret legal requirements and EEOC reporting requirements.
