  • Manage and nurture relationships with external staffing partners to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent community by engaging prospective candidates and keeping them informed of relevant opportunities.
  • Support and promote a diverse and inclusive recruiting process and talent pool throughout all stages of the hiring lifecycle.
  • Conduct full life cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer support, and candidate closing.

  • Identify and resolve issues related to incorrect candidate status steps or workflow errors in recruiting systems.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate markets, and hiring best practices.
  • Influence and partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on candidate profiles, interview processes, and selection decisions.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and hiring needs in a fast-paced recruiting environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience required, with 5 years of recruiting experience preferred.
  • Bachelors degree is required.
  • Primary background in recruiting rather than broader human resources roles.
  • Strong full life cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the entire hiring process.
  • Demonstrated sourcing expertise with the ability to identify and engage qualified candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing tools.

  • Experience managing candidates through recruiting workflows and resolving issues related to incorrect candidate status steps.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a Talent Acquisition team.
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • In-house corporate recruiting experience is strongly preferred over experience primarily within staffing agencies.
  • Comfort learning and navigating applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms, even without extensive prior ATS experience.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities while maintaining a high level of candidate and stakeholder engagement.
