Job summary

Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, including requisitions, sourcing, interviewing, and offers. The role also builds relationships with colleges and professional associations, coordinates onboarding, and handles mandatory training and benefits orientation.

Ideally, the candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 3+ years in recruitment, with bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in ATS and recruiting tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience conducting interviews, reviewing resumes, and screening candidates for job fit.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including open requisitions, ATS administration, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, provide guidance and updates, and build talent pipelines through job boards, social media, colleges, universities, and professional associations.
• Assist the HR Specialist with onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Coordinate and facilitate training for managers and supervisors, including e-Academy platform trainings.
• Administer the workers' compensation process, including reporting claims and communicating with employees and providers.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and prepare related reports to ensure workplace safety standards.
• Administer employee benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations, and assist with questions about benefits.
