Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to support the attorney hiring lifecycle, with a primary focus on the On-Campus Interviewing program and summer associate recruiting.

This role also supports conflicts checks and broader recruiting operations in a fast-paced law firm environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Greenhouse is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, legal, or professional services; law firm experience preferred.
• Familiarity with OCI recruiting processes and law school hiring cycles a plus.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams under deadline.
• High accuracy and attention to detail, especially with offer docs and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attorneys, candidates, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end OCI recruiting logistics, including resume collection and on-campus events.
• Coordinate summer associate interview scheduling and offer letters.
• Maintain OCI candidate records and pipeline data throughout the cycle.
• Serve as a primary contact for summer associates during offers and pre-arrival.
• Support conflicts checks and coordinate with General Counsel and HR to resolve findings.
• Assist with onboarding handoff, ATS data integrity, and regular reporting.
