Job summary

Saelens is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across production, skilled trades, technical, professional, and leadership roles. You will actively build candidate pipelines and represent the company at job fairs, schools, and community events.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in recruiting, strong relationship skills, and a willingness to travel for recruiting activities, including occasional events outside standard hours.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Johnson Creek and Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Schedule: Full-time
Travel: Regular travel between locations and occasional recruiting events

Compensation: $50,000 base salary with the opportunity to earn up to $35,000 in annual incentive compensation. Incentives include quarterly recruiting performance and successful placements & retention bonus.

What You Bring

• An outgoing, confident personality and genuine interest in meeting and getting to know people.
• Two or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, creativity, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel for recruiting purposes and to regularly attend networking events some of which may be outside standard business hours.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or skilled-trades recruiting experience is preferred
