Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Experience in corporate/in-house recruitment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Experience with ATS (Workday) and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and success metrics.
• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies across social media, networking, referrals.
• Conduct thorough interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS and recruitment analytics.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and ROI reports.
