Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience or similar roles.
• Advanced English and strong communication skills.

• Experience with online and phone outreach is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT industry head-hunting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review online information of candidates to assess fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, Skype, LinkedIn, or email.
• Schedule internal interviews and update records.
• Interview candidates to validate profile, experience and motivation.
• Schedule and confirm technical interviews.
• Follow up with candidates through the process.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
