Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source top talent and transform applicants into valued team members within our Prepared Foods business unit. You will act as a culture ambassador and trusted advisor to candidates and internal teams.

Responsibilities include leading recruitment strategies, building pipelines, and managing the full life cycle from sourcing to offers. Strong communication and ATS skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years in HR or Talent Acquisition, with at least 1 year in sourcing and full-life cycle recruiting preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategy and manage client relationships.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to fulfill recruitment needs and advise on recruitment matters.
• Manage full recruiting process from sourcing to extending offers.
• Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to streamline recruitment and provide insights to senior management.
• Document processes accurately for compliance and reporting.
