Description du poste

Location: Remote (must reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area)

On-Site Requirement: 3 days per month at Corporate HQ (DFW) for training and team meetings; office access available anytime for those who prefer to work on-site

Department: Talent Acquisition / Human Resources

Reports To: Director of Talent Acquisition

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus bonus structure

About the Role

Our client, headquartered in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing recruiting team. This role will own full-cycle recruiting for all corporate positions — searches currently managed directly by the Director of Talent Acquisition — allowing the department to scale as the organization continues to grow.

This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in the DFW metro area and available to be on-site at Corporate HQ three days per month for training, planning sessions, and team meetings. Employees are welcome to work from the corporate office as often as they'd like — the three monthly days are the only requirement.

You'll join a talent acquisition team that includes two recruiters focused on field and warehouse-level staffing. As the dedicated corporate recruiter, you'll partner closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and department leaders across the business to fill roles in functions such as Accounting, Finance, IT, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other business support areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for all corporate positions, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.

  • Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and search strategies.

  • Create and manage job postings across job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.

  • Proactively source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.

  • Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.

  • Guide candidates through the hiring process with consistent, timely communication and a positive candidate experience.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and offer acceptance rates.

  • Collaborate with the broader TA team on process improvements, employer branding, and recruiting best practices.

  • Attend monthly on-site training, planning sessions, and team meetings at Corporate HQ.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or in-house environment.

  • Experience recruiting for corporate functions such as Accounting, Finance, IT, HR, Marketing, Sales, or Operations.

  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern recruiting tools.

  • Self-starter comfortable working remotely while staying closely connected to the team.

  • Must reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area and be able to work on-site 3 days per month.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Why Join?

  • Remote-first flexibility with just three required in-office days per month — plus full access to the corporate office anytime you want it.

  • Own a brand-new, high-visibility recruiting desk covering all corporate hiring.

  • Work directly with the Director of Talent Acquisition and business leaders across the organization.

  • Join a collaborative, established TA team with clearly defined areas of focus.

  • Competitive base salary plus bonus structure.

  • Strong growth opportunity as the company and hiring needs continue to expand.
