Job summary

The George DeLallo Company is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to shape our talent acquisition practices across manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, distribution and retail operations. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define skills and experience, design screening processes, and craft an engaging onboarding experience for new hires.

You’ll source, interview, and evaluate candidates, maintaining a robust pipeline and leveraging an ATS to maximize interview efficiency and time-to-fill

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
• Experience recruiting sales professionals and/or partnering with temporary agencies is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting industry or Talent Acquisition responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage and present top talent on a role-specific basis and build a pipeline for future needs.
• Identify candidates through multiple sourcing avenues and develop creative sourcing strategies.
• Implement and maintain an ATS to track candidate history and coordinate interviews.
• Keep abreast of trends and provide information feeds on the competitive landscape.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication.
• Coordinate interviews, flights, hotels and transportation as needed.
• Create and process expense reimbursements for interviewees and independent labor payments.
