You will source, screen, and present top talent to hiring managers while partnering with HR partners to drive onboarding and alignment with compensation and sourcing centers of excellence. You will manage complex mid-manager and professional roles, deliver candidate evaluations, and promote an excellent candidate experience throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in HR or recruiting.
• At least 5 years’ recruiting experience with mid-management to director-level roles.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
• Experience guiding hiring managers through structured interview processes.

Responsibilities

• Source potential talent by meeting with clients across the organization to verify job profiles and specifications.
• Ensure a positive candidate/customer experience with every candidate.
• Seek out potential candidates using innovative methods and follow recruiting process from start to finish.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and resumes; present candidates to hiring managers with evaluations.
• Consult business partners on interview tools and conduct structured interviews.
• Serve as primary contact for hiring managers regarding recruiting and policies.
