Job summary

First Coast Security seeks a Community Recruiting Ambassador to actively represent the company across the Tri-Cities area, including Irrigon, Hermiston, and Boardman. You will build partnerships with schools, workforce centers, and local businesses, creating candidate pipelines and promoting career opportunities while traveling to community events.

Qualifications

Experience in recruiting, community outreach, sales, or similar people-facing roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage daily priorities.

Responsibilities

Serve as a visible recruiting presence throughout the Tri-Cities area.
Build and maintain relationships with workforce centers, colleges, and community organizations.
Attend job fairs, events, and other local activities to generate candidate interest.
Source candidates using diverse methods to maintain a strong pipeline.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews throughout the hiring process.
Travel regularly throughout the Tri-Cities area to support recruiting efforts.
