Essity is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Global Talent Supply team. The role involves driving the recruitment process, managing relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and contributing to a positive brand reputation. Candidates should have a degree, relevant experience, and strong communication skills.
About the Role
We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Talent Supply, Centre of Excellence team. You will play a key role for Essity to gain competitive advantage in our industry. Talent acquisition specialists at Essity have goals that go beyond filling vacancies, such as improving our brand reputation, whilst maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.

Partner with Hiring Managers and the HR team to drive the recruitment process for assigned roles located in different countries.
Build effective relationships with the business in order to influence business leaders to proactively address todays and future recruitment challenges.
Screen and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers based in different geographical locations.
Run interviews with identified candidates and debrief hiring managers accordingly.
Engage and manage candidates with appropriate follow-up and feedback.
Contribute to building a talent pipeline by building effective relationships with candidates.
Communicate recruitment-related information to all levels of the business as required.
University or College Degree or comparable education
Minimum 2 years professional experience as recruiter
Multinational work experience – an advantage
Experience managing, internal and external client relationships in an international set-up
Track record in complex stakeholder management
Ability to multitask and work in a high volume, high pressured recruitment environment
Proficient with Microsoft office products and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday is a plus), sourcing strategies and channels (eg. LinkedIn Recruiter)
Strong influencing and communication skills are required
Fluent in written and spoken English, an additional language such as German, French, Swedish etc would be a plus.
