Human Resources - Remote within North Dakota - Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who’s equal parts strategist, storyteller, and go-getter. Join the state's largest agency and lead recruitment strategies that attract mission-driven professionals to ND Health and Human Services (HHS).

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a part of a team that sources, recruits, and manages the application process for HHS. In this role, you’ll:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with schools, workforce and communications partners who can provide access to qualified prospects
  • Facilitate DHHS' involvement in internship and apprenticeship programs
  • Launch and manage compelling social media and advertising campaigns
  • Inspire prospects to apply for a career with HHS

This team recruits for a wide variety of positions that include accountants, heating plant operators, social workers, and an array of healthcare professionals. To be successful in this position, you need to be someone who gets jazzed when meeting new people, learning their stories, and converting conversations into applications.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • A degree with a focus in marketing, sales, business or HR
  • A minimum of two years of professional recruitment experience meeting established goals
  • Repeated success running multiple recruitment campaigns and building pipelines across different roles
  • Ability to travel across North Dakota 20-25% of the time to build relationships and to recruit face-to-face
