SecondWind by Joveo is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, screen, and shepherd candidates through hiring processes. The role partners with hiring managers to fill roles thoughtfully — focused on candidate experience and quality of hire.

The position is fully remote with flexible hours, offering a performance-based bonus and ongoing learning stipends. You will work across time zones to support high-scale, real-world impact projects while maintaining strong ATS hygiene.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and X-ray search.
• Bias for proactive candidate engagement and white-glove experience.
• Comfort with structured interviewing and scorecard methodology.

Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $65,000 – $95,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
