AMX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting and help build a diverse, high-performing team in the United States.

You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, write job descriptions, source passive candidates, and guide candidates through interviews and feedback, ensuring a smooth hiring process and strong candidate experience.

Role Summary

A Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full-cycle recruiting process, working with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source and attract qualified candidates, and guide them through the hiring process to build a strong, diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
• Write and post compelling job descriptions across job boards, LinkedIn, and company career pages
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and talent databases
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings

Screening & Interviewing

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess skills, experience, and culture fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Gather and synthesize interview feedback to guide hiring decisions
