Job summary

AccordCare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and recruit top talent for our community‑based care team in the local market.

You will build relationships with schools and community organizations, post ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and onboard new hires. This role promotes our culture as an employer of choice. Salary to be discussed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in talent acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative teamwork skills.
• Experience with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and computer literacy (MS Office).
• Ability to organize recruitment events like job fairs.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & recruiting candidates by building strong relationships with community organizations and schools.
• Screening resumes and conducting interviews to identify the best candidates.
• Preparing and posting job advertisements online and within the community.
• Facilitating orientation and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Promoting our culture and reputation as an employer of choice in the local market.
• Organizing and participating in job fairs and presentations.
• Maintaining compliance of personnel records and ensuring readiness for audits.Collaborating with branch leadership and internal teams to meet staffing needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
