Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support compassionate care across communities. This on-site role in Beachwood, OH focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and representing our organization at career events.

You will partner with local teams to understand staffing needs, source diverse candidates, and streamline the interview process while advancing our recruiting strategy and employer brand. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent analytical, computer and organizational skills.
• Minimum of one year recruiting experience or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through multiple channels and build talent pipelines.
• Plan interview and selection procedures and participate in career events.
• Develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture relationships with candidates.

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, hosting or participating in career events, developing long-term recruiting strategies, nurturing trusting relationships with potential hires and creating strong talent pipelines for the assigned community’s and company’s current and future hiring needs.
