Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Recruiter to join our fast-paced HR team in Spring, Texas. You will own full-cycle recruiting, from postings to offers, helping attract and onboard talent for both field and corporate roles to support long‑term goals.

You'll collaborate with hiring managers, manage requisitions, and participate in career events, while leveraging Paycom and Microsoft Office in a high-volume environment. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of oil & gas experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Paycom experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) encouraged to apply.
• Background check required; valid driver’s license.
• Daily in-office attendance required.
