We are committed to exceptional client service, operational excellence, integrity, and a winning culture. Our purpose has always been the same: to help more people experience financial well-being. The sales and business development team at BlueCrown represents the firm on the front lines, generating the revenue necessary to support the continued development of our investment funds and services. These efforts help enhance the financial well-being of millions of people around the world. Our sales team is, in many ways, the face of BlueCrown to our largest clients and partners.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will attract, source, and recruit top talent, both internally and externally. Your primary responsibilities include delivering high-quality hires, providing strategic talent acquisition solutions, and proactively building talent pipelines. As a subject matter expert for your designated business segment, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for roles within your segment.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple vacancies simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business priorities and hiring objectives.
  • Proactively source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and professional networks to identify qualified talent.
  • Conduct targeted candidate outreach, cold calling, and direct engagement to identify and attract high-calibre passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across Private Banking, Financial Advisory, Investment Management, Institutional Sales, and Business Development, supporting current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Screen and assess candidates through structured interviews and competency-based evaluations, considering their professional experience, technical skills, and overall suitability.
  • Conduct talent market research, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarking to provide insights into candidate availability, hiring trends, and market conditions.
  • Manage pre-offer discussions, salary expectations, compensation alignment, offer negotiations, and offer management in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Monitor recruitment activity and key performance metrics, tracking outbound calls, sourcing progress, candidate pipelines, vacancy status, and hiring outcomes. Prepare and submit weekly recruitment reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data, ensuring confidentiality, data accuracy, and compliance with recruitment procedures.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, executive search, or headhunting, preferably within financial services, banking, professional services, or a recruitment agency.
  • Experience sourcing and headhunting candidates, building talent pipelines, and recruiting for revenue-generating roles.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping, and other proactive candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, manage expectations, and work effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Ability to deliver a positive candidate experience through effective communication, engagement, and relationship building throughout the recruitment process.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate recruitment updates and present candidate and market insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), maintaining recruitment records, preparing reports, and tracking recruitment KPIs.
  • Understanding of talent markets, competitor activity, and salary benchmarking, with the ability to use market insights to support recruitment decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous recruiting experience within financial services, particularly Asset and Wealth Management, Investment Management, Alternative Investments, Private Markets or Private Banking.
