Reynolds Community College is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and support the college’s recruitment and onboarding processes. This position plays a key role in ensuring a positive candidate experience and providing expert guidance to college administrators throughout the employment process.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist ensures compliance with EEO/AA, VCCS, and DHRM requirements in the advertisement, screening, referral, selection, and hiring of full-time and part-time faculty, classified staff, and wage/hourly positions, as well as processing tasks for work-study personnel.
