Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting and support essential HR functions.

You will attract and hire top talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience and assist with HR tasks such as benefits, payroll support, and records maintenance. The role requires 2–5 years of recruiting experience across industries, strong communication, and the ability to work with diverse personalities.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience recruiting in diverse industries, coal, manufacturing, construction, heavy industrial or energy is a plus.
• Telemarketing experience or phone solicitation campaigns.
• Experience with full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with social media marketing and advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.
• Must be able to work with different personality types.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Dependable and punctual with flexible schedule as required.
• Ability to travel overnight when needed (limited).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP WFN preferred).
• Experience with MS Excel and Word.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Salary : $60,000- $ 67,000 + 35% Bonus + Generous 401K

This position plays a key role in driving talent acquisition efforts while
also providing support across essential Human Resources functions.
The ideal candidate will manage and support full-cycle recruiting activities, helping to
attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience. In addition, this
role will provide administrative support across core HR functions, including employee
record maintenance, benefits coordination, payroll support, and compliance.
Success in this position requires a high level of accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and
timeliness, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• 2 - 5 years’ experience recruiting in a variety of industries. Coal, Manufacturing Construction, Heavy Industrial or Energy related fields is a plus.
• Telemarketing experience or experience with phone solicitation campaigns.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with social media marketing and advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with presentations.
