SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and support essential HR functions. The role emphasizes attracting top talent, delivering a strong candidate experience, and maintaining accurate employee records along with benefits coordination and payroll support.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in recruiting across diverse industries, experience with social media marketing, and proficiency in MS Office and ADP WFN ATS. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience recruiting in a variety of industries. Coal, Manufacturing Construction, Heavy Industrial or Energy related fields is a plus.
• Telemarketing experience or experience with phone solicitation campaigns.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with social media marketing and advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with presentations.
• Must be able to work with all different personality types.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Must be dependable and consistently at work on time with work schedule flexibility as required.
• Ability to travel overnight when needed (limited amount).
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems ADP WFN preferred.
• Experience with using MS Excel and Word products.

Salary : $60,000- $ 67,000 + 35% Bonus + Generous 401K

This position plays a key role in driving talent acquisition efforts while also providing support across essential Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will manage and support full-cycle recruiting activities, helping to attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience. In addition, this role will provide administrative support across core HR functions, including employee record maintenance, benefits coordination, payroll support, and compliance. Success in this position requires a high level of accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and timeliness, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
