Ashton North LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting and support essential HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will manage recruiting while maintaining a positive candidate experience and assist with employee records, benefits coordination, payroll support, and compliance. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ recruiting experience in varied industries; coal, manufacturing, construction or energy a plus.
• Telemarketing or phone solicitation experience.
• Full cycle recruiting experience.
• Social media marketing/advertising experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations.
• Ability to work with diverse personality types.
• Strong problem-solving skills and dependability.
• Punctual with schedule flexibility; travel may be required.
• Experience with ADP WFN ATS preferred; MS Excel/Word skills.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Salary : $60,000- $ 67,000 + 35% Bonus + Generous 401K

This position plays a key role in driving talent acquisition efforts while also providing support across essential Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will manage and support full-cycle recruiting activities, helping to attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience. In addition, this role will provide administrative support across core HR functions, including employee record maintenance, benefits coordination, payroll support, and compliance. Success in this position requires a high level of accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and timeliness, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• 2 - 5 years’ experience recruiting in a variety of industries. Coal, Manufacturing Construction, Heavy Industrial or Energy related fields is a plus.
• Telemarketing experience or experience with phone solicitation campaigns.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with social media marketing and advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with presentations.
• Must be able to work with all different personality types.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Must be dependable and consistently at work on time with work schedule flexibility as required.
• Ability to travel overnight when needed (limited amount).
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems ADP WFN preferred.
• Experience with using MS Excel and Word products.
