True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment and support HR functions. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, develop candidate experiences, and assist with benefits, payroll, and records management.

The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ATS systems and social media

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience recruiting in diverse industries including coal, manufacturing or energy.
• Telemarketing or phone solicitation experience.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting and social media advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations.
• Ability to work with multiple personality types and travel overnight if needed.
• Proficient with ATS; experience with ADP WFN preferred; proficient with Excel/Word.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Salary : $60,000- $ 67,000 + 35% Bonus + Generous 401K

This position plays a key role in driving talent acquisition efforts while also providing support across essential Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will manage and support full-cycle recruiting activities, helping to attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience. In addition, this role will provide administrative support across core HR functions, including employee record maintenance, benefits coordination, payroll support, and compliance. Success in this position requires a high level of accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and timeliness, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• 2 - 5 years’ experience recruiting in a variety of industries. Coal, Manufacturing Construction, Heavy Industrial or Energy related fields is a plus.
• Telemarketing experience or experience with phone solicitation campaigns.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with social media marketing and advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with presentations.
• Must be able to work with all different personality types.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Must be dependable and consistently at work on time with work schedule flexibility as required.
• Ability to travel overnight when needed (limited amount).
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems ADP WFN preferred.
• Experience with using MS Excel and Word products.
