Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Pittsburgh to drive full-cycle recruiting and provide HR administrative support. The role focuses on attracting top talent, managing candidate experience, and assisting with benefits, payroll, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of recruiting experience, proficiency with MS Office, and experience with ATS systems such as ADP WFN. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience recruiting in diverse industries; coal, manufacturing, construction, heavy industrial or energy fields a plus.
• Telemarketing experience or phone solicitation campaigns.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with social media marketing and advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.
• Ability to work with diverse personality types.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Dependable with on-time attendance and schedule flexibility.
• Occasional travel overnight as needed.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems ADP WFN preferred.
• Experience with MS Excel and Word products.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Salary : $60,000- $ 67,000 + 35% Bonus + Generous 401K

This position plays a key role in driving talent acquisition efforts while also providing support across essential Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will manage and support full-cycle recruiting activities, helping to attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience. In addition, this role will provide administrative support across core HR functions, including employee record maintenance, benefits coordination, payroll support, and compliance. Success in this position requires a high level of accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and timeliness, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• 2 - 5 years’ experience recruiting in a variety of industries. Coal, Manufacturing Construction, Heavy Industrial or Energy related fields is a plus.
• Telemarketing experience or experience with phone solicitation campaigns.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with social media marketing and advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with presentations.
• Must be able to work with all different personality types.

• Must be dependable and consistently at work on time with work schedule flexibility as required.
