Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Rate: $16/hour W2
Schedule: Remote | EST Hours
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide coordination and operational support to our Talent Acquisition team. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and new hires, helping deliver a best‑in‑class hiring experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer‑focused, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment where attention to detail and responsiveness are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Talent Acquisition operations by coordinating recruiting and hiring activities across multiple locations and business units.
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for candidates and new hires throughout the hiring process.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and requests, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Track, manage, and coordinate recruitment‑related processes, documentation, and communications.
- Interpret candidate questions and issues, determine appropriate resolutions, and elevate when necessary.
- Maintain hiring records and ensure data accuracy within applicant tracking systems and related HR platforms.
- Assist with interview scheduling, candidate communications, onboarding coordination, and other recruiting support activities.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service with a strong focus on timeliness, professionalism, and candidate satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall hiring experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3+ years of experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, HR operations, customer service, or a related function.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, exercise sound judgment, and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience working within HRIS, ATS, or recruiting systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high‑volume recruiting environments.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and onboarding processes.
- Experience collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams in a shared‑services environment.
