Job summary

Maximize Health in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help grow our caregiving teams. The role focuses on sourcing and engaging candidates, screening, and coordinating interviews to support a mission-driven healthcare group.

You will work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs across physicians, clinicians, and administrative positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience while maintaining organized records in our ATS.

• Experience recruiting for healthcare roles is a plus.
• Ability to partner with leadership to plan and execute hiring strategies.

Reports To: Director of Talent Acquisition

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is excited to help us find great people to support our mission.

What You'll Do

• Source and engage candidates for open roles
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
• Coordinate interviews and help keep the hiring process moving
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process and provide a positive experience
• Maintain organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Support hiring for a variety of roles, including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, clinical support, and administrative positions
• Partner closely with leadership to support ongoing hiring needs

What We’re Looking For

• Recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
• Healthcare, medical group, senior care, or staffing experience is a plus
• Strong communication and people skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles, track candidate progress, and stay on top of follow-up in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Apploi or another ATS is a plus
